When young Axel Johnson was feeling those first-ride-on-the-school-bus jitters, his driver, Isabel Lane, reached out a hand. Literally.
This served to immediately calm Johnson. After that, he was all smiles while boarding her bus. Lane concludes
that small acts of kindness can make “a big difference in someone’s day.”
