The University of Tennessee did one better. When a 4th
grader designed his own UT logo and wore it to school, he was bullied by classmates.
They thought that his makeshift t-shirt was hilarious.
When the UT folks got wind of this, they decided to teach these hecklers a thing or two. The 4th
grader soon received a “care package” from the university, containing lots of UT “swag.”
This immediately boosted his popularity with classmates.
But UT was just getting started. The university is now “turning the boy’s original logo design into an official school t-shirt,” the proceeds of which will be partially “donated to STOMP Out Bullying.” So who’s
laughing now?
