Butterfly Effect

Just as the flutter of a butterfly’s wings could make international waves, so could the flutter of an airplane passenger’s fingers.

When a traveler on Pakistan International’s flight PK702 mistook the emergency exit for the bathroom door, all mayhem broke loose.  The emergency slide immediately deployed, and the plane was grounded.

This resulted in hours of delay, not to mention a slew of misplaced baggage.  All from an unintentional sleight of hand…
