A bit far afield

Kangaroos might be hopping mad by now.  Some have been taken from their native land, only to be turned into concrete-jungle pets.

Case in point: There was recently a kangaroo sighting over a “busy stretch of highway” in Grand Chute, Wisconsin.  This wasn’t the first marsupial mix-up in the area.  Last November, a young kangaroo hopped a fence in Shawano County and wound up dead from a hit-and-run.
