NBA players sure do love
their rings, but will they
really want this one?
The league may be giving
players the option to wear an
Oura smart ring, “which records
physiological data.” The Oura is said to predict with up to “90 %
accuracy” whether a person is already infected
with the coronavirus.
Most of the obtained “medical
data” would supposedly “remain
confidential.” Yet “teams would have
access to it” if COVID-19 has been
indicated.
