Don't believe everything you hear

In this hi-tech age, you certainly can’t believe everything you see.  Neither can you believe everything you hear.

When the NBA resumes its season, there will be one blatant thing missing: a cheering (and/or booing) crowd.  Not a problem that technology can’t fix.  To fill this gaping void, sound effects might be co-opted “from the video game NBA2K.”

Not everyone is thrilled with this idea.  Some are still hoping for a more creative solution.  What that could be remains anyone’s guess.  Perhaps the squeaky sounds of sneakers will offset the somber sounds of silence.
