Trickle Up

In this realm of gravity, most things trickle down.  Money, however, is quite capable of trickling up.

This according to Mark Cuban – who should know, having lots of it.  He says that trickle-up is the way to boost our suffering economy, and is advising that 128,000,000 American households be given “a $1,000 check every two weeks for the next two months.”

There’s just one caveat: each check “must be spent within 10 days.”  Not a problem for the many who are falling way behind on essentials such as rent, insurance - and yes, food.
