And the High shall be Low

Even if you didn’t just skate through life, you might end up below a skate park.

During an excavation at the Lechlade Skate Park in the United Kingdom, archaeologists discovered “the remains of a Bronze Age chieftain buried with profound wealth.”  This seems akin to discovering the remains of Alexander the Great (which are still being searched for) beneath a penny arcade.

Stranger still was finding an older second skeleton right nearby, with bones arranged in a seated position.  Was this the chieftain's father?  Mentor?  We'll probably never know. 

But what we do know is that death has a profound way of teaching us all a thing or two about humility…
