When
Kansas City potholes were not
being filled in a timely manner, resident
Frank Sereno got busy. He hosted
a birthday party when the one
on
his street turned three months old. A
slice of cake with a candle on top completed
his Facebook photo.
Soon
enough, things got cracking. The city
then fixed the two-foot-wide hole. Reportedly,
hundreds remain open. Party
on, dudes, there’s work to be done!
