There’s
a movement afoot called
“walking meetings.” They are
often held in natural settings such
as city parks. Participants not
only get some exercise, but also find this boosting creativity
and productivity.
Retirees
who commune with nature
also reap the benefits. Research
from the University of
Miami “found that seniors living
in the greenest parts of Miami
had lower rates of chronic
diseases.”
