eliminate animal-based products, but
healthfully considers the amount consumed.
So
how does a meat-and-potatoes fan shift
the balance toward potatoes-and-meat? Here are some tips from Harvard Med
writer Katherine McManus, MS, RD,
LDN: think of meat as a side dish rather
than as a main course, go with whole-grain
breakfast choices, turn a salad into a
hearty meal, and utilize vegetable fats
from nuts, olives and seeds.
