When
a planned Ku Klux Klan rally
drew only nine people, they were
heartily “drowned out by 500
to 600 protesters.” Best of all,
peace prevailed and force was
unnecessary.
There
were numerous placards throughout
the crowd, perhaps the
best one reading “Injustice Anywhere
Is a Threat to Justice Everywhere.”
