Let’s face it, Howard Stern has made a career out of being snarky.  But there is a time for every activity under heaven,

and now is not the time for pitting one branch of government against the other.

To Governor Cuomo’s credit, he did not bite when Stern offered him a poisoned apple.  Stern’s line of questioning was

filled with petty sensationalism, designed to uplift ratings rather than struggling folks.

Governor Cuomo has held steadfast with a cooperative approach, even when critiqued by his own party.  He has repeatedly asserted that now is not the time to point fingers, nor is it the time to squabble with would-be partners.  As the saying goes:  Now is the time for all good (wo)men to come to the aid of their country.
