Human body is a temple, not a toy

Stuffing food down your mouth in record time is folly, not achievement.

Consider that the human body is our most precious material resource here on earth.  It is the spacesuit that enables us to carry out God’s will for our lives.  Why risk its durability for mere pleasure or ambition?

All too many of us trade health for wealth, then end up trading wealth for a health that cannot be regained.  Many treat their beloved pets better than their own bodies, making sure that “fur babies” have nutritious balanced diets and plenty of exercise.  Why not think of your own living spacesuit as a “skin baby” and treat it with love and respect?
