A snowball's chance in...

It’s January, so you’d think that a snowball might have a good chance to survive in D.C.

Maybe so, but apparently not on the day that the White House released a wintry photo with the caption reading, “First snow of the year!”  On that day, D.C. temps had risen to nearly 70º F.

Okay, so the White House had left out an important fact: that the photo was taken days before its release.  Could this then be construed as fake news?
