Long Hours, High Pressure

(Medical Gallery of Mikael Haggstrom, 2014)
Sitting behind a work desk for hours on end might get you more money, but you may wind up spending it on medical bills.

Even a 41-hour work week (just one hour over the typical 40) could put you at risk for high blood pressure.  A work week of 49 or more
hours may increase this risk by 66 percent.

So is it worth it?  Or would time and money be better spent otherwise?  If a balanced lifestyle is pursued in the first place, then there may be no need to trade back wealth for health.
