When flying from the North Pole to Maine, reindeer might come in handy.  But when dashing through the snow, all Santa needs is a pair of skis.

Santa, plus hundreds of his closest doppelgangers, slid down the slopes of Maine’s Mahoosuc Mountains as part of a fundraising venture.  The proceeds will go to The River Fund, a non-profit that supports “youth through education and recreation initiatives.”
