A 2017
Anti-Defamation League (ADL) report
indicates a “57 percent spike in
incidents over the year before.” These
incidents include “physical assaults,
vandalism and attacks on Jewish
institutions.” There is also a disturbing amount of anti-Semitic content on
social media.
The Tree of
Life shooting suspect, Robert
Bowers, appears to have indulged in
these types of internet rants. He is also said to have openly proclaimed, “I
just want to kill Jews.”
