Taking a
stand (or a knee) is a basic constitutional
right that our forefathers (and
mothers) fought hard for. Rihanna’s willingness
to forfeit the excitement of Super Bowl
stardom is even more exciting than the opportunity itself.
She is not
only supporting Colin Kaepernick, but is also
protesting “the NFL’s overall handling of
national anthem protests.”
