N-O spells success

(Epic Records - Fair Use)
“No” might be easy to spell, but it’s often hard to say.

When a professional writer realized how time consuming her assents had become, she decided to try an experiment.  Charyn Pfeuffer then spent a whole week saying no to things deemed non-essential, boring and/or distracting.

She deleted “unsolicited Facebook messages,” refrained from continually checking social media DMs, and firmed up boundaries around personal time and space.  While grappling with internal “shoulds,” Pfeuffer reminded herself that “decisions made from a place of guilt rarely end well for anyone.”

Warren Buffet seems to agree with this approach.  He once said:  The difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say ‘no’ to almost everything.
