Disney films such as Jungle Book and Peter Pan never quite earned a 2.0 status. Disney decided to simply slap content warnings on them rather than undergo non-racist makeovers.
Content such as stereotypic Siamese cats in Lady and the Tramp, “redskins” with headdresses in Peter Pan, African-American caricatures in Jungle Book, and “Jim Crow” in Dumbo still remains.
The official rationale? Warner Brothers states that to change this content would be akin to claiming that it never existed.
