Smartphones could be a headache

(1819 Caricature by George Cruikshank)
Although there’s no definite correlation as of yet, smartphone users have been found to obtain less relief from headache medications.

Frequent users who are headache prone seem to need more medication in order to achieve results.  Perhaps it’s the accompanying “eye strain,” perhaps also the “neck pain.”  Studies thus far have not been conclusive.

Nevertheless, it might be wise to carefully consider how, when and why smartphones are used.  These days, they’ve become ubiquitous.  If, in fact, they contribute to headaches and worse, then it’s time to cut down on habitual usage.
