Getting some Kicks with Rolls 66

So it’s come down to this, and it didn’t take all that long.  At least not as long as the 66 rolls of freshly-stolen toilet paper.

This heist was pulled off by a hotel vendor who claimed to be looking out for an elderly neighbor.  He was caught loading a trash bag filled with hotel TP into his getaway van.  These days, it’s getting tougher and tougher to determine which is more valuable: the TP rolls, or the plastic bag he hid them in.

Compared to an earlier theft, this one was fairly complex.  About a week ago, another man broke into his “neighbor’s truck,” simply “to steal a $1 pack of toilet paper.”  Who knows?  Perhaps he had an undeniable urge to squeeze the Charmin.
