Tails of Seven Squirrels

Wee Ones   (Photo by Tejal modhavadiya)
When seven appendages get knotted together, it makes for a convoluted tale.

This recently occurred when nesting squirrels got too close for comfort. They were intermeshed into one wriggly mass until human help arrived.

Mama squirrel kept watch as goodhearted folks came to the rescue.  Slowly but surely, the tails were untangled and her kits were freed.
