When choosing a pandemic mask, it’s wise to consider how protective it might be. But if someone offers you one made of gold and diamonds, grab it. You can always stuff it with N99 filters.
An Israeli company is currently in the process of creating such a find. The price tag for this 18-karat wonder will be $1.5 million. Could it be the 3,600 diamonds on its glittering surface that commands top dollar?
In even the worst of times, there’s always a silver lining. Or a golden one, if you’re really lucky and hardly foolish.
