With eyes
and noses above water, gators
position themselves to weather the cold. Their frozen faces gaze eerily at bundled-up
humans (we all have our modes of
survival).
As the
swamps thaw, so do these hardy reptiles. They are now ready to resume their jaw-snapping
activities.
