Just last month, archaeologist Neil Ackerman
made a seemingly exciting announcement: A “prehistoric” stone circle
had been discovered “on a farm in Aberdeenshire,
Scotland.”
Turns out
that the site had been put together in
the 1990s. Perhaps the stones were old,
but the conclusions were pretty juvenile.
