An
18-year-old took it upon herself to post inspiring
messages onto the Wearmouth
Bridge in Sunderland, England. These were designed to encourage folks
“going through a mental
health crisis” to hang in
there. One such posting read: Even though things are difficult, your life matters…
The local
police stated that six lives
were saved as a result of
these “uplifting notes.” One person’s
concern can indeed be a “shining
light in a dark world.”
