'Velcro dog' just nice enough

If you want a growling lunging guard dog, then Helena’s not for you.  But if you want a cuddly loving companion, then Helena’s just right.

When Helena was adopted by a man who prefers dog-eat-dog, she was quickly returned to the shelter.  This same man suggested that a woman would be a better match, since women “are more into that petting stuff.”

"That petting stuff" might be what makes the world go round.  Helena was adopted by a “forever family” just two days later.
