Disney not magical for everyone

It’s all well and good to wish upon a star, but there are still daily needs here on earth.  If they're not being met, then fairy dust isn’t enough.

It seems that the Magic Kingdom is more like serfdom for its workers.  According to union members, many “Disney World employees make less than $11 an hour.”

Disney is currently dangling $1,000 tax-cut bonuses in front of unionized folks, hoping that such bait will help to keep negotiated wages low.

One worker responded:  This bonus is a short-term solution to long-term problems.  There’s no reason we should not be able to provide for our families.
