Angry? Sleep on it

Although anger can make for a rock-hard pillow, duking it out until 3 a.m. can be even worse.

In order to “argue efficiently,” you need your rest.  Sleep replenishes the energy that anger has burned.  After a good night’s snooze, you are refueled by ATP (adenosine triphosphate), rather than by rage.

But didn’t mother always warn against going to bed angry?  This may come as a shock, but mother was wrong.  Feeling slighted?  Sleep on it before blaming your short fuse on her.
