Good Prince Harry

Just as his mother before him, Prince Henry (“Harry”) of Wales sees royalty as an opportunity for benevolent service.

It wasn’t always that way.  Harry now openly admits that he once “didn’t want to be a part of anything royal-related.”  He hints that close family members didn’t want to either.

Nevertheless, the beat goes on.  Queen Elizabeth, now in her nineties, has been delegating official duties.  She has wisely allowed for some freedom of choice concerning who does what.

During a recent Newsweek interview, Harry explained:  We are involved in modernizing the British monarchy.  We are not doing this for ourselves but for the greater good of the people…

What that looks like remains to be seen.  Taking on mental-health challenges has been a great way to start.
