Billy Joel: What goes around

After being told 50 years ago that he can’t graduate because he’s one credit short, Billy Joel has now been asked to speak at his alma mater’s ceremony.

Joel will therefore give the keynote address at Hickville High School’s 2017 graduation.  He was even awarded a diploma in 2002.  What a relief!  As Joel said then:  I can finally pull myself out of this dead-end job I have and start working on a career with a real future.

And what was the one credit that Joel allegedly lacked?  This genius lyricist was told he needed one more English class.
