Neither here nor there

Thich Nhat Hanh has returned to his Vietnamese roots in order to come full circle before death.

Some years ago, the revered monk cautioned students not to place his ashes within a stupa (shrine).  Yet if some feel they must, Nhat Hanh asked that the following words be placed
upon it:  I am not in here.   For emphasis, he added:  I am not out there either.

Well then, where would he be?  Nhat Hanh replied:  If I am anywhere, it is in your mindful breathing and in your peaceful steps.
