The Five Bears

Once upon a time, there were five bears: a mama bear and four cubs.

Contrary to popular opinion, they did not live in a cave.  Nor did they live in a house.  However, they did live under a house.  At least until the homeowner snitched.

Lake Tahoe’s BEAR League sprang right into action.  Mama Bear was quickly “un-invited.”   Her  babies soon followed suit.  And the homeowner?  She was relieved to find out that those underfoot rumblings were not just hallucinatory.
