Taking the First

What do you do when a company impinges upon the First Amendment?  If you’re Elon Musk, and the company is Twitter, you purchase almost one-tenth of its shares.

Although Musk currently states that this is a passive investment, who knows what the future holds.  There is “speculation” that he might even “try to acquire the company outright.”  Were that to occur, Twitter would likely adopt “an open-source algorithm for the platform.”
