Working on the Railroad

‘Amtrak Joe’ has been working on expanding America’s railroad system.

If President Biden gets his way, there will be new connections to cities such as Las Vegas and Nashville. There will also be much needed improvement to bridges, tunnels and stations, especially within the bustling Northeast corridor.

All this takes money, and lots of it.  Yet as a result, ridership will greatly increase.  This will bring enhanced prosperity to Amtrak, as well as to newly-served cities and their surrounding communities.  Road traffic will diminish, as will pollution.

So listen up!  Can you hear that whistle blowing?  It’s the sound of good and plenty coming your way.
