Passing Over

Sounds like the beginning of a good joke:  A moose and a bear and a deer were out walking one day…

Yet it's no joke.  The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources literally bridged the gap between these species and ours by providing them with a safe way to cross over a busy highway.  This bridge was especially designed for their use.  It has not only protected wildlife, but also the lives of many motorists.

The overpass has been strewn with logs and boulders in order to entice animals and discourage humans.  Since humans have already moved in on countless wild domains, this seems more than fair.
