After all, Tesla’s Musk (or shall we say Musk’s Tesla)
has a pretty good track record. Projects already
underway include delivering “the world’s largest
lithium ion battery” to struggling communities in
South Australia and building a solar grid in Kaua, Hawaii.
If
Musk can ecologically and economically revamp Puerto
Rico’s grid, then millions of the island’s
residents could be freed from exorbitant bills. CNN reports that many Puerto Ricans currently pay $250
and more per month for electricity.
