Drop 100: Three steps to slimmer

Although this time of year is notorious for weight gains, it doesn’t have to be that way.

PopSugar reports on the three steps that Rebecca Graham took in order to lose 100 pounds:  tracking calories, allowing some slack and regularly exercising.

These common-sense steps allowed Graham to gradually reclaim a fit and healthy physique.  She now proclaims:  Never doubt what you are truly capable of achieving.

When setbacks would inevitably occur, Graham would not be too hard on herself.  She would simply begin anew each time.  Rebecca explained: …every Monday was a brand new start to stay committed to my goals.
