'Vacation' lunches

On-the-job stress can involve feeling trapped within situations you wouldn’t otherwise choose.

If your days are spent beneath cars, over stoves or behind desks, then a vacation seems long overdue.  Rather than wait until that dream trip begins, why not begin during your very  next lunch break?

People who do things they truly want to during lunch are those who return more refreshed.  Some might wish to sit quietly within their own cubicle rather than make small talk with the gang.  Others might opt for a short walk.
The key is to make lunch truly a break.  Simply doing more of same during those precious minutes leads to “stress and fatigue.”  What it comes down to is this:  Whenever possible, spend lunch time doing what you want.
