Sweet and Sour

Although some cherries taste sour, their sweetness lies in health benefits.

Pure tart Montmorency cherry juice is especially noted for its anti-inflammatory and nutritional benefits.  Loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, it packs a wallop regarding exercise endurance, sleep enhancement, and blood-pressure reduction.  It might also help to keep cancer, arthritis and cardiovascular disease at bay.

Diabetics should note that this juice is relatively high in sugar.  Its quercetin content could also interfere with certain blood thinners and other medications.
