Cosmic Symmetry

Ever look up at the Milky Way and think that there’s nothing else like it?  That may be so, but there may be a twin galaxy “running backwards in time.”

Some scientists believe that symmetry extends throughout the entire cosmos. They speak of our universe as having “a hypothetical mirror universe.”

Perhaps Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking Glass was metaphorically way ahead of its time.  Perhaps scientists will one day discover What Alice Found There.
