At age 99, Betty White is coming back around to her roots. She is looking forward to the re-release of a show dear to her heart: Pet Set. It will be streamed on “Apple TV, Google Play and Prime Video,” beginning February 23, 2021.
White and her late husband, Allen Ludden, coproduced this series back in 1971. It reflected White’s longtime love of animals, featuring celebrities and their pets. Guest stars included Burt Reynolds and Mary Tyler Moore.
Exotic appearances were also made by lions and tigers and bears, oh my!
