Moore claims that he was sexually
abused by Larry Nassar, “former USA
Gymnastics and Michigan State team
doctor.” This abuse allegedly occurred
while Nassar was treating then-16-year-old Moore
for a shoulder injury.
Shoulders
seem a far cry from genitalia, but Nassar
somehow associated the two in his so-called
treatment. Claiming that acupuncture
in and around genitalia would help heal Moore’s
shoulder, Nassar attempted to “prove”
this unsubstantiated theory.
