While waiting to cruise Mediterranean, why not eat the part?
For the fourth time in as many years, the Mediterranean diet has won out over all others. Said to be the best for overall fitness, this plant-based regimen is far from restrictive.
It includes a diverse assortment of produce, legumes, grains, dairy and seafood. Processed and refined items are set aside in favor of whole foods.
So grab a (small) glass of wine and get going. You should be fit as a lyre by the time that travel resumes.
