Ted Cruz: Bring it on!

When things got a bit verklempt during a recent Ted Cruz speech, he didn’t flinch.  Instead, Cruz honored the red-white-and-blue right to protest, while announcing to the crowd:  Isn’t freedom wonderful?

These demonstrators were opposing Senate “attempts to repeat and replace the Affordable Care Act.”  Some also held signs which read:  Cruzin for a Bruzin in 2018.

Conservative supporters were also there, chanting: USA, USA…   As Cruz viewed this feisty scene, he commented that “in much of the world, if protestors showed up, they would face violent government oppression.”

How true…  How tragically true.
