Russia's 'Long Black Train'

Josh Turner has a song called “Long Black Train,” which warns that “its only destination is the middle of nowhere.”

Looks like Russia is contemplating a ticket to ride.  Moscow’s proposed train would be carrying “six nuclear missiles,” all of which could be fired at will.

Such payloads could be delivered in relative secrecy.  These long black trains will externally resemble any others, and will “be able to travel 1,500 miles a day.” 

So next time you’re stopped at a railroad crossing, take a deep breath.  It may be your last.
