Bloom or Doom?

With blatant disrespect for Mother Nature, tourists have been trampling delicate blooms in California’s Antelope Valley Poppy Preserve.  One couple even landed a helicopter there illegally.

In search of the perfect selfie, visitors have been “picking and stomping the flowers to get a photo.”  These orange beauties won’t grow back afterwards.  Clogged roads and toilets are two other side effects of this feckless assault upon senses and sensibilities.
