more than eight hours per day can lead
to a 200% increase in the risk of developing
type 2 diabetes.
“Research
presented at a 2012 American College of
Cardiology meeting” indicates that
sleeping so long can also up the chances of
angina and/or coronary artery disease.
Sloth of
this nature has furthermore been linked with
depression, an inability to become pregnant, obesity
and/or premature death.
